CBS Interactive Teams with Hong Kong Outfit for Top Model Game

NEW YORK/HONG KONG, December 11: CBS Interactive is working
with Hong Kong-based Artificial Life for an avatar-based mobile game based on
The CW's America's Next Top Model.

Players will be able to select a virtual
representation—an avatar—of his/her favorite and least favorite
contestants from the show. Users will be able to foster their avatar's modeling
career through training and various challenges. The game for the upcoming 2007
season will also have a viral, player-to-player component where users must send
their avatar "on vacation" to a friend's cell phone, thus ceasing to
take care of their own character for a period of time. The game will initially
be made available in the U.S. to Cingular and Sprint subscribers, for an
initial download price of $5.99, followed by a rollout in Hong Kong and other
international markets.

Cyriac Roeding, the VP of wireless at CBS Interactive, said
of the agreement, "America's Next Top Model is a natural jumping off point for us to introduce this gaming
technology given the show's young and mobile-savvy demographic. This offering
furthers our strategy of extending our top brands and content to multiple
platforms."

The agreement with CBS Interactive will also see Artificial
Life developing several other mobile games over a license period of two years.
