Cablevision Bulks Up Spanish-Language Offerings

BETHPAGE: Cablevision is offering a new iO en espanol programming package, which includes 45 Spanish-language channels and more content from Puerto Rico, Cuba and Peru.

Among the channels offered through the service are Cuba Play, featuring 100-percent Cuban-produced programming; Discovery Familia, with dedicated blocks for kids and parents; Latin American Sports (LAS), providing local coverage of popular sports from Puerto Rico, Cuba and Mexico; and Multimedios, offering shows directly from Mexico. Further offerings include Puerto Rico Network, Semilitas, SUR PERU and Vme Kids. iO en espanol also includes more than 100 hours per month of on-demand programming at no additional charge.
