British Comedy Joins Adult Swim Lineup

ATLANTA: The Mighty Boosh will make its U.S. debut on March 29 at 1 a.m. in Adult Swim’s Sunday lineup, with all three seasons slated to air.

Created by Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding, The Mighty Boosh features self-absorbed wannabe glam rocker Vince Noir
(Fielding) and the intellectually vain and self-proclaimed genius and jazz aficionado Howard Moon (Barratt) who are in a band looking to discover "the new sound." They live alongside a freelance shaman, Naboo (Michael Fielding) and Bollo (David Brown), a talking Gorilla.

Barratt and Fielding’s characters were first created for their comedy sketch series Unnatural Acts, which soon made its way to three stage productions: The Mighty Boosh, Arctic Boosh and Authoboosh. The live act was then commissioned by the BBC for a six-part radio series that eventually became a successful and award-winning television series on BBC Three.
