Bristol Palin Lands Reality Show on BIO

NEW YORK: BIO has greenlit a 10×1-hour docu-series following Bristol Palin, the daughter of former U.S. VP candidate Sarah Palin, as she moves in with her friends Chris and Kyle Massey in Los Angeles.

Bristol and actor Kyle Massey met and became friends when they were both contestants on Dancing with the Stars. Now, the single mother is moving in with Kyle and his brother Christopher in Los Angeles. The show watches as Bristol leaves her hometown in Alaska to take a job working at a charity in need in L.A. The untitled project is produced by Associated Television International for BIO.

"Bristol is the kind of personality BIO is drawn to," said David McKillop, the executive VP of programming for A&E Network and BIO Channel. "Her personal life has been playing out in the media for several years but this will be the first time she’s opening up her real life, with her son and her friends the Massey brothers."
