Breakthrough Closes Factual Deals

TORONTO: Breakthrough Entertainment has firmed up sales on a number of its factual programs with broadcasters in Europe, Italy and Australia. 

The Re-Inventors went to Discovery in Italy, ABC in Australia, Nord in Poland, Ananey in Israel, Spektrum in Hungary and Ceska Programova in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Disasters of the Century has been licensed to Spektrum and Ceska Programova as well. 

TV4 in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland went for Fraud Squad and Little Miracles. Crime Stories was acquired by TVN in Poland, while Plastic Makes Perfect was sold to Profour Films in Hungary. Situation Critical was picked up by Ananey, and War of the Wheels was licensed to African Business Channel in Southern Africa.
