STEENWIJK: BravaHDTV has expanded its carriage in France, securing a place in Bouygues Telecom’s HD TV packages.

Bouygues Telecom initially offered BravaHDTV, the first European opera and culture HD channel, in November 2010 as part of the telecom’s high-speed fiber broadband offer available through its Bbox broadband router. As part of the new carriage deal, BravaHDTV will be a part of the Bouygues Basic ADSL (IPTV) pack.

In France, BravaHDTV is already offered by ADSL operators SFR and FREE/Alice, the cable platform Numericable and the digital satellite and DSL pay-TV service CanalSat.

BravaHDTV’s international reach now includes Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Turkey, Portugal, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Monaco and Portuguese-speaking Africa.
