Bob Pittman Joins Board of Internet-Based Ad Agency

LOS ANGELES, December 5: Bob Pittman, former COO of the then
AOL Time Warner, has joined the board of directors of Spot Runner, the
Internet-based advertising agency.

Since leaving Time Warner in 2002 after the AOL merger,
Pittman founded an investment firm, the Pilot Group. His media career has also
included stints as COO of America Online, CEO at Century 21, CEO of Six Flags
Entertainment, co-founder of Quantum Media and president and CEO of MTV
Networks.

Announcing the board appointment, Nick Grouf, the chairman
and CEO of Spot Runner, commented, "Bob has lived at the intersection of
the Internet, advertising and TV for years—starting from his days as CEO
of MTV Networks through his leadership of AOL during its meteoric growth in the
late 1990's. His revolutionary approach to marketing and his insights about how
to build great brands make him an invaluable member of our team."

Spot Runner launched its “self-serve," web-based
platform earlier this year to focus on local television advertising. In
October, the venture received $40 million in financing from CBS Corporation,
WPP, Interpublic Group, Allen & Company and Lachlan Murdoch, among other
investors.
