Beyond to Distribute New MTV Docu-Series

SYDNEY, March 12: Beyond
Distribution has been named worldwide distributor of the new docu-series The
Paper, which will be launched at
MIPTV.

Produced by MTV, the
observational series follows editors of The Circuit, the school newspaper of Cypress Bay High School
in Weston, Florida. Between struggling to keep the peace with
each other, maintaining good grades and managing extra-curricular activities,
these student staffers have their hands full but still put their heart and soul
into finding stories and making a newspaper to be proud of.

Marshall Eisen, the senior
VP of MTV News & Docs, said: “We have been struck by the passion, intensity
and expertise of the staff of The Circuit. They work incredibly hard, care deeply about their work and are very
good at what they do. We hope that when viewers meet these dynamic, smart,
opinionated people who have so much drive and determination, they'll get caught
up in their stories and find it very watchable television.”
