LONDON, December 5: BabyTV, a 24-hour commercial-free
network targeted at infants and toddlers under the age of 3, has inked 19 new
carriage agreements throughout Latin America, boosting its subscriber base to
more than 1 million in the region.

The deals were brokered through Fox Latin American Channels,
and will be effective between December and January 2008. The 19 new carriage
agreements include VTR in Chile; Cablevision, PCTV and Maxcom in Mexico; TV
Cable in Bogotá; UNE and Codisert in Colombia; Intercable and Supercable in
Venezuela; CableOnda in Panamá; Telecable Nacional Capcana, Wind Telecom and
Telecable del Nordeste in the Dominican Republic; TDS Systems in Curazao; Claro
TV and Z&L in Central America; and SMC Comunicaciones in the Caribbean.

These new deals join existing carriage agreements that
include Cablevision and Multicanal in Argentina; Nuevo Siglo in Uruguay; CTV
Telecom in Colombia; Multivision in Bolivia; Prosat in Guatemala; CableTica in
Costa Rica; and Estesa in Nicaragua, among others.

BabyTV’s schedule revolves around short 2- to 8-minute

aims to cover the whole range of development stages that children go through
during their first years, stimulating activity with colors and musical
sequences accompanied by objects and images in slow motion to create a relaxing
atmosphere.

Liran Talit, the managing director of the channel, noted:
"Extending our distribution in Latin America is an important part of our
goals this year which include solidifying BabyTV's presence worldwide, and
offering extended services for our growing brand that reach parents wherever
they are including through unique online propositions, our website, VOD and
mobile capabilities, and licensing/merchandising.”
