ABC Moves Lost to a New Time

BURBANK, December 6: Lost will shift to 10 p.m. on Wednesday nights from its previous 9 p.m.
slot when it returns in February, moving it out of the way of FOX’s ratings
juggernaut, American Idol.

FOX is bringing American Idol back for a sixth season in January. Following the first few weeks of
audition episodes, the live performances will air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m., with
the results show at 9 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Lost has already seen
its audience numbers slip with the second season success of Criminal
Minds
on CBS. The series returns to the ABC
schedule on February 7. The 9 p.m. slot, beginning in January, will be filled
with two midseason comedies: The Knights of Prosperity and In Case of Emergency. The Knights of Prosperity stars Donal Logue as the leader of a band of affable,
new-age Robin Hoods who find themselves prepping for a grand heist: Mick
Jagger's super Central Park West apartment.

In Case of Emergency
is the story of four old friends from high school who realize that their lives
didn't turn out exactly the way they'd planned, leading them to Los Angeles
Westside Hospital, where they all find themselves under the care of a reluctant
Dr. Joanna, played by Lori Loughlin.
