Armoza Presents New Scripted Formats

MEVASSERT ZION: New scripted dramas and comedies have been added to Armoza Formats’ catalogue for international buyers at the upcoming MIPTV market.

The Naked Truth, created by Uri and Benni Barabash, follows the disappearance of a teenage girl and the investigation team that is trying to find her. The show is set entirely in an investigation room. Ahead of its MIPTV launch, the series already has some deals in advanced negotiations in various territories.

Among Armoza’s sitcom slate is Life Isn’t Everything, which just completed its seventh season on Israel’s Channel 2 Reshet. The show follows the life of a scriptwriter and his everyday sufferings.

"We are very proud of our new scripted products, and believe they reflect compelling and entertaining story telling," said Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats. "The innovative form of storytelling in The Naked Truth allows for a very cost-productive budget, without compromising on the dramatic level, and in fact only adds to its intensity."
