MGM Ups Tuchman

LOS ANGELES, November 20: Bruce Tuchman has been promoted to the
newly created position of president at MGM Networks, where he will continue to
oversee the studio's interests in channels and on-demand services worldwide.

Tuchman
continues to report to Harry E.
Sloan, the chairman and CEO at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, and will remain
based in New York City. His remit includes branded and non-branded services
reaching subscribers in 125 countries.
In addition
to the nearly 20 MGM channel feeds, Tuchman also oversees MGM's stake in the
Casa Club home and lifestyle channel, which targets viewers in Latin America
and the U.S. Hispanic market, and pay-TV movie networks run with other major
studios in Latin America, Australia and Japan.

In
making the announcement, Sloan stated: "Under Bruce's leadership, The MGM
Channel has grown more in the last few years than in the past decade, all in
keeping with our new mandate of global expansion. Since arriving at MGM, Bruce has transformed MGM Networks
into a valuable asset and source of profit that has been yielding impressive
growth each year since."
