Network Marketing Heads to Attend Promax/BDA Summit

LOS ANGELES, May 22:
Marketing heads from ABC, CBS, The CW, FOX, NBC and Univision are set to
participate in a roundtable discussion at the Network Television CMO Summit,
which kicks off the second day of the 53rd annual Promax/BDA Conference.

Speakers include Michael
Benson, the executive VP of marketing for ABC Entertainment; George Schweitzer,
the president of CBS Marketing; Rick Haskins, the executive VP of marketing and
brand strategy for The CW Network; Joe Earley, the executive VP of marketing
and communications for Fox Broadcasting; John Miller, the chief marketing
officer for NBC Universal Television Group and the president of The NBC Agency;
and Maryam Banikarim, the chief marketing officer of Univision. Discussions
will focus on ratings, revenue and the critical role of marketing in today’s
business of television and content distribution.
