Fox Sports Int’l to Distribute IAAF Lifestyle Series

LONDON, January 18: Fox Sports International (FSI) has inked
a deal with IAAF for the exclusive worldwide television distribution rights to
the new runner’s lifestyle magazine program Running Road Show.

The 50-week series will premiere today and will focus on the
lifestyle of the road-running community. Some segments of the magazine-style
series include Roadside Story, which spotlights
the lifestyle of runners; My Running Road, which showcases a runner’s running route; Running Road
Greats
, featuring interviews with top
runners and tips for stars and their coaches; King & Queen of the
Road
, focusing on the 10-kilometer half
marathon and full marathon; Running Road Star, also featuring interviews with top talent; Road
to Beijing
, which follows elite runners as
they prepare for the 2008 Olympics; and
Running Road Diary, which
chronicles runners as they prepare for a big race.

“We are
thrilled at working with the IAAF, and look forward to seeing the series
popularity increase over the coming weeks,” said FSI’s VP of program sales,
Marcia Bylicki. “The road running community is huge and we are pleased to now
be a part of it.”
