SCI FI Channel Greenlights First Spin-off of Ghost Hunters

NEW YORK, October 11: SCI
FI Channel has greenlit Ghost Hunters International, the first spin-off of the reality paranormal
investigative series Ghost Hunters
that is slated to debut in January 2008.

Ghost Hunters
International will follow the
adventures of a new team of skeptical paranormal investigators as they travel
to different cities all over Europe and apply their principles of scientific
debunking to some of continent's most legendary haunted spots, in pursuit of
the truth behind bizarre supernatural claims.

The Ghost Hunters
International crew will be
comprised of veteran TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) investigators Robb
Demarest, Andy Andrews, Brian Harnois, and Donna La Croix, along with Barry
Fitzgerald (from the Ghost Hunters' legendary investigations in Ireland) and
newcomer Shannon Sylvia.

Ghost Hunters
International is produced in
association with Craig Piligian's Pilgrim Films and Television (American
Chopper, Dirty Jobs, The Ultimate Fighter). Piligian and Thomas Thayer, along with Rob Katz and
Alan David, serve as executive producers.
