Starz Content Joins Azureus Lineup

PALO ALTO, February 12: A range of content from Starz Media
will be made available for online download from Azureus’ digital media platform
Zudeo.

Azureus uses the BitTorrent technology to facilitate the
rapid download of large files. In December, the platform announced a content
partnership with BBC Worldwide. The deal with Starz Media will bring to the
platform titles like Street Fighter Alpha, Ghost in the Shell, Astroboy and Ninja Scroll, as well as the first season of the Masters
of Horror series and Tripping the
Rift. “With Starz Media, we continue to
build upon our commitment to deliver a robust offering of genre based
entertainment within an optimal viewing environment,” said Gilles BianRosa, the
CEO of Azureus.
