Radial Entertainment Adds to Leadership Team

Radial Entertainment has made a slew of appointments to its leadership team, handing new roles to Melissa Boag, Minh Vo, Brian Blum and Thibault Hermenault.

Boag has been named chief marketing officer of Radial Entertainment, a role in which she will lead marketing and brand development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives to scale growth and foster innovation. She will direct the integrated marketing team of FilmRise and Shout! Studios to strategically enhance the visibility of Radial Entertainment and its new releases and catalog. Previously, she was executive VP of Shout! Studios.

Vo has been appointed general counsel and executive VP of business affairs. She will provide strategic legal and business leadership across the company’s portfolio of brands, including FilmRise and Shout! Studios. She will oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance and business transactions. Prior to this, she was general counsel and executive VP of business affairs at FilmRise.

Blum has been tapped as executive VP of operations to oversee all content operations spanning Radial’s expansive catalog and diverse distribution verticals. He will lead the strategic vision to leverage and maximize the wealth of talent and systems that have been instrumental in delivering content to platforms globally for decades. He previously served as senior VP of video production and digital operations at Shout! Studios.

Hermenault has been named as executive VP of technical services. He will lead the strategic and operational integration of technical systems across the newly merged entities of Shout! Studios and FilmRise. His purview spans content onboarding, quality control and IT infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing the combined systems of both companies. He was CTO of FilmRise.

Additional appointments of top executives at Radial Entertainment include Bill Alexander as senior VP of finance, Jordan Fields as senior VP of content acquisitions, Lexie Heredia as senior VP of content investments, Jonitha Keymoore as senior VP of content acquisitions, CJ Laychak as executive VP of strategic operations, Jeff Peisch as senior VP of programming and new business development and Jack Samec as head of corporate development.

Those leaving the company include Adam Ainley and Gene Pao.
