Radial Entertainment Expands Digital Partnership with ITV Studios

Radial Entertainment has expanded its long-standing digital distribution partnership with ITV Studios, adding rights for Snowpiercer, Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, The Gathering and more.

Radial Entertainment now holds the U.S. AVOD, SVOD and FAST rights to all four seasons of Snowpiercer to the rights it already holds—TVOD, EST and physical media. The series, produced by Tomorrow Studios, stars Jennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs, Sean Bean, Rowan Blanchard and more.

Radial has also retained extensive AVOD, FAST and hybrid SVOD rights to seasons one through 23 of Hell’s Kitchen across the Americas, as well as seasons one through six of the original Kitchen Nightmares.

The extended partnership also gives Radial Entertainment the premiere streaming rights to the crime drama The Gathering in the U.S. and to the dramas Finders Keepers and The Way in both the U.S. and Canada. The Gathering is produced by World Productions and stars Eva Morgan, Warren Brown, Vinette Robinson, Sadie Soverall and Christine Tremarco. Finders Keepers comes from Seven Seas Films and Quay Street Productions, with Neil Morrissey and James Buckley among the cast. The Way is Michael Sheen’s directorial debut.

Separately, Radial Entertainment has renewed more than 2,700 hours of drama content.

“This underscores the strength, trust and long-term nature of our relationship with ITV Studios,” said David Buoymaster, chief investment officer and chief content officer of Radial Entertainment. “From the international hit and cult thriller Snowpiercer to globally iconic unscripted franchises like Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares, this expanded partnership reflects our shared commitment to provide entertaining content to platforms and audiences at scale.”

Rob Kaplan, senior VP for the U.S. and Latin America at ITV Studios, added, “We are thrilled to strengthen our strategic collaboration with Radial Entertainment through this significant expansion of U.S., British and international content. Building on our long-standing relationship, this deal facilitates access to some of the world’s most coveted entertainment franchises and drama series for audiences across the Americas.”
