The Muppet Show Headed Back to German TV

MUNICH: After ten years of being off the air, The Muppet Show is set to return to German pay TV on ProSiebenSat.1’s Sat.1 Comedy.

Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Gonzo are among the beloved Muppets featured in the series. The show will run Monday to Friday from 7:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. On January 19, 2012, the new Walt Disney film The Muppets will roll out in German movie theaters. In the run-up, Sat.1 will run a marathon of Muppet episodes and specials.
