TOAC Enters JV with Televideo

MADRID: A new tie-up sees the format catalogue of TOAC exclusively distributed in Colombia and Ecuador by Televideo, while TOAC distributes Televideo’s content in Spain.

Televideo has produced more than 1,000 hours of mini-series for Colombian and U.S. Hispanic channels over the last ten years. The company also produces telenovelas, series, magazines, game shows, news and kids’ programming. TOAC has established alliances with Grupo Ganga, creator and producer of Remember When, and EPG World, producers of the game show The Million Game. The company has a JV with FremantleMedia to produce The Million Game in Asia. TOAC is also consolidating its international expansion with local partners and offices in Toronto, New York, Mexico, Buenos Aires, Cape Town and Istanbul.

TOAC and Televideo are currently developing an adaptation of Classified Stories for the international market and are preparing the adaptation of Remember When for Colombia, along with other formats from TOAC’s catalogue.
