Telefe Highlights Strong NATPE Performance

BUENOS AIRES: Telefe International presented titles such as The One and A Year to Remember at NATPE, where the company landed a number of new agreements from its catalogue.

The telenovela The One stars Montecristo‘s Pablo Echarri and Paola Krum. The title debuted in Argentina on January 16, holding a prime-time slot Monday through Thursday. The romantic comedy A Year to Remember received buzz at the market ahead of its release.

At NATPE, Telefe confirmed deals in Bolivia, Venezuela and Nicaragua. A deal was also secured on Everybody Against Juan and 80’s Crush with FOX Studios. Everybody Against Juan went to Russia and also to Italy’s ENSTEIN. The third season of Final Minute, adapted for FOX’s channels in Latin America, is headed to several countries in Central America, including El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico and Colombia. There were also renewals for the new season of the teen telenovela TeenAngels.
