Launch Schedule in Place for OWN in Canada

TORONTO: OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network is scheduled for its Canadian debut on March 1 and will feature a lineup of original series and specials that includes Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes and The Gayle King Show.

The launch day programming will feature The Gayle King Show, the special Oprah’s Guide to OWN, Oprah Presents: Master Class—Simon Cowell and the first two episodes of Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes. Weekly daytime and prime-time highlights include Anna & Kristina’s Grocery Bag and Cristina Ferrare’s Big Bowl of Love.

The prime-time programming features OWN originals weeknights and Sundays with premieres on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Monday’s slate includes What Would You Do? OWN Edition, Enough Already! with Peter Walsh and In the Bedroom with Dr. Laura Berman. Wednesdays feature Mystery Diagnosis, Miracle Detectives and Searching For… Friday prime time is slated for Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes and Oprah Presents: Master Class, while Sundays feature Ask Oprah’s All-Stars and a weekly film during OWN Theatre.
