Solid Clinches Australian Deal

ENCINO: Solid Entertainment has sold a raft of programming to Australia’s Foxtel for History Channel.

Included in the deal are the one-hour historical docs Against All Odds, Inside the Britannic and Empires of Steam. There’s also 52 episodes of the automotive history series Great Cars headed for broadcast in Australia and New Zealand.

Richard Propper, the head of Solid Entertainment, said, “We’re extremely pleased that our history programming continues to reach larger audiences. The Great Cars series in particular has been licensed in over 20 territories worldwide.”
