Imira to Rep Sunwoo Property in Iberia

BARCELONA: Imira Entertainment has entered into a representation agreement with Korea’s Sunwoo Entertainment for the rights to Mix Master Final Force in Spain and Portugal.

The 2D/3D animated series is aimed at boys 6 to 11. The 39×22-minute property airs in Korea on KBS, Cartoon Network and JEI. Imira, having signed its first third-party representation deal, will hold the rights for the property in Iberia.

Christophe Goldberger, the head of distribution and marketing at Imira Entertainment, said: “This is a significant deal for us as we’re focused on expanding our third-party acquisitions to new markets. Asia has always been a key territory for us in terms of broadcast sales, but we’ve also been keen to forge new partnerships to bring Asian animation into Europe. This is a fantastic boys action series with strong potential for broadcast and consumer products in Iberia.”
