Breakthrough Signs Co-Pro Deal for Mystery Movies

CANNES: Breakthrough Entertainment is to co-produce a string of made-for-TV mystery movies, to star Kelly Rowan, with Salient Point Productions and Colossal Entertainment. 

Rowan (The O.C., Flashpoint) will portray Rebecca Kane, assistant to the chief of police in a depressing fishing town. Kane has served time for a crime she didn’t commit, and now sees justice as being very personal. Rebecca Kane is created and written by Donald Martin (The Three Gifts, Mending Fences, The Staircase Murders).
