IATAS Opens Call for Digital Emmy Entries

NEW YORK: The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (IATAS) is now accepting submissions for the 2011 International Digital Emmy Awards.

This is the sixth year that the International Academy is recognizing excellence in content created and designed for viewer interaction and/or delivery on a digital platform. The awards categories for digital programs are children and young people, fiction and non-fiction.

Eligible submissions must have been created and initially distribution outside of the U.S. The deadline for entries is November 5. The winners will be announced at a ceremony during MIPTV 2011.
