Janson’s Siegfried & Roy Doc Headed to China

HARRINGTON PARK: Siegfried & Roy: The Magic Box, one of the titles in Janson Media’s Giant Screen Films Collection, has been licensed into China.

Legend International Company picked up the rights to the film, which was originally made for IMAX theaters. It explores the lives of Siegfried and Roy, beginning from their tough childhoods in postwar Germany and chronicling their evolution into two of the world’s best-known entertainers. “Their story tells you if you dream big enough and hard enough, anything can happen,” says director Brett Leonard.

Legend International Company specializes in the distribution of documentary programs around China. In May, it picked up another title in Janson’s giant-screen collection: Mystic India: An Incredible Journey of Inspiration.
