IWC Hires New Head of Specialist Factual Development

LONDON: IWC Media, part of the RDF Media Group, has named Clare Handford as head of specialist factual development.

Handford previously worked at TalkbackTHAMES as a producer on BBC One’s The Apprentice (the last season and the forthcoming one). She also previously worked in producer and development roles for independents and broadcasters such as Channel 4, the BBC, Wag TV, ITN and Cicada. Handford, who joins this month, reports to Hamish Barbour, IWC’s managing director, and Rachel Bell, the head of specialist factual. Handford will be responsible for leading the factual and specialist factual development teams in Glasgow.
