Discovery Communications and Group Nine Media have revealed that the digital-first show Cash Lift is now available on Discovery GO and Facebook Watch.
Cash Lift, a collaboration between Group Nine Studios and Discovery Digital, has launched exclusively on Discovery GO and Facebook Watch. The five-part production is based on the Emmy-winning series Cash Cab, only instead of the action taking place in a taxi, it occurs in a hotel elevator. It is hosted by comedians Alex Weber and Zainab Johnson.
“After the success we had working with Group Nine Studios on Shark Week, we were excited to see what our next collaboration would be,” said Fred Graver, the senior VP of original content and social at Discovery Communications. “I am thrilled that we were able to work together to create Cash Lift and have the chance to expand the popularity of Cash Cab on new platforms and introduce the series’ concept to a new generation of viewers.”
