Yu-Gi-Oh! Movie Set for LatAm Theatrical Release

4K Media has inked a theatrical distribution deal with Mexico-based Cinépolis for Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions in Latin America.

Cinépolis will release the movie in ten countries throughout Latin America, with a two-weekend run of two screenings per day on April 22, 23, 29 and 30. Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions has already opened in theaters across Japan, the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, San Marino, Monte Carlo, Germany, Austria, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

The movie features new designs and an all-new story from the original creator of the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand, Kazuki Takahashi.

Kristen Gray, the senior VP of operations and business and legal affairs at 4K Media, said, “We are pleased to partner with Cinépolis to bring Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions to loyal fans in Latin America who will now be able to immerse themselves in the full theatrical experience of the film.”
