Germany’s m4e, part of the Studio 100 Group, has acquired 100 percent of the rights to the international hit Mia and me from co-pro partner Gerhard Hahn and his company Hahn Film.

Mia and me follows the adventures of a girl who finds herself transported to a fairy-tale world, where she must save a race of unicorns. The fantasy series, which combines live action and CGI animation, is geared toward viewers between the ages of 5 and 10.

Mia and me has been airing successfully on broadcasters around the globe, and is one of Germany’s most popular properties for girls. The show’s 26-episode fourth season and a feature film are currently in development.
