Thailand Gears Up to Premiere Trio of CJ E&M Formats

Local versions of CJ E&M’s Oh My Ghost, Grandpas Over Flowers and Show Me the Money are due to debut on True4U in Thailand next month.

Oh My Ghost is a romantic dramedy, Grandpas Over Flowers is a travel-themed reality series and Show Me the Money is a rap battle audition. Thai adaptations of these programs are scheduled to premiere on True4U on April 16, April 18 and April 19, respectively.

In 2016, CJ E&M set up a joint venture with Thailand’s TrueVisions for co-productions and local content development.

Seo Jang-Ho, the head of international sales and acquisitions at CJ E&M, stated: “CJ E&M always has a large fan base in Thailand. I am delighted to announce that our mega-hit titles in Korea have been successfully adapted for local viewers. Going forward, CJ will bring various co-produced content this year through Thai’s major media platforms.”
