Sheetesh Srivastava Hired to Lead WWE India

The Walt Disney Company alum Sheetesh Srivastava has been appointed as the VP and general manager of WWE India.

In his new role, Srivastava will oversee WWE’s strategic business initiatives and day-to-day operations in India. He will collaborate with partners across all lines of business, including TV, live events, marketing, sponsorship, new media, licensing and merchandising. He will work under Ed Wells, the executive VP of international at WWE.

Srivastava has nearly two decades of experience with driving strategic business growth in domestic and international markets. He previously led business development for Disney Media Networks at The Walt Disney Company in India. Before that, he served in senior management positions at Reliance Broadcast Network, The Times of India Group and Frito Lay India.
