Zodiak Television Announces Operational Changes

STOCKHOLM, November 14:
Following the recent acquisitions of production companies Kanakna and Bullseye TV, Zodiak Television has announced organizational changes in all four of
its regions—Continental Europe, West, East and Nordic.

The acquisition of the Benelux
production company Kanakna secured Continental Europe as Zodiak’s fourth
region, which currently includes the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland. To accommodate this expansion, Ludo Poppe, the
founder and former CEO of Kanakna, will now become chairman of Kanakna Benelux
as well as VP with responsibility for Continental Europe. Stef Soeteway and
Gert Van Kerckhove, co-founders of the company, will take on the roles of
managing director of Kanakna Belgium and the managing director of Kanakna
Netherlands, respectively.

The acquisition of London-based production and distribution company
Bullseye TV is followed by a number of organizational changes in the West
region of Zodiak Television. As previously announced, the distribution unit
Zodiak Television World will move from Copenhagen to London to be merged with
Bullseye’s distribution operations. The distribution unit will continue to
operate under the name Zodiak Television World. The founder and owner of
Bullseye TV, Jorg Roth, will continue as managing director of Bullseye
Productions. As of January 1, 2008, Roth will also be the managing director of
Zodiak Television World. Sarah Coursey has been tapped to fill the role of head
of formats and acquisitions. She was previously the head of sales at the
distribution company Distraction.

Paul Sowerbutts, the managing director of Zodiak’s British production
company Diverse Production and the VP of West, will also add VP of distribution
to his remit during these organizational changes.

For Zodiak Television’s East region, which currently consists of Russia
and Ukraine, Gena Kaganovitj will take on the position of managing director of
Zodiak Vostok, which was previously held by Patrick Nebout. Nebout will remain
as VP of East, responsible for heading up further expansion in Zodiak
Television’s East region.

In the original Nordic region, Åse Bendiksen has been upped from
producer at the group’s Norwegian production company, MTV Mastiff, to the head
of sales and development.

Patrick Svensk, the president and CEO of Zodiak Television, commented:
“Zodiak Television has experienced strong growth recently with several major
acquisitions and establishing a cohesive and efficient organisational structure
is a vital element in ensuring that the Group achieves its maximum potential. I
am confident that this new structure will enable the Zodiak Television Group to
achieve great success as we move into 2008.”
