Zodiak Kids to Launch Series Theater Tour

LONDON: Zodiak Kids is launching a Little Princess five-month live theater tour beginning February 2012.

West End producers M4 Entertainment, BOS and PW Productions will present the U.K. theatrical premiere of Little Princess: I Want to Celebrate! in a tour of major U.K. theaters. It is adapted and directed by children’s TV and theater writer Miranda Larson (Thomas and Friends, Fireman Sam) and will star characters from the hit TV series and books.

Zodiak Kids recently appointed three agents for the brand in Germany, Asia and Australia and New Zealand. m4e Group will represent the brand in Germany, Empire will represent the brand in Asia across all categories, excluding publishing and DVD, while Merchantwise is the licensing partner in Australia and New Zealand. Zodiak Kids has also secured a deal with Fabric Flavours to produce an apparel range. Zodiak Kids acquired the rights to the preschool property from The Illuminated Film Company in November 2010. The series currently airs on Channel 5’s Milkshake! slot in the U.K.
