WSN INC. Expands Spanish-Language Team

NEW YORK, May 21: WSN
INC., the publisher of World Screen,
has made a series of hires to support the expansion of its Spanish-language
publications, which include TV Latina and Diario TV Latina.

Elizabeth Bowen-Tombari
joins the group as editor of Spanish-language publications, where she will
oversee the flagship TV Latina,
as well as TV Formatos and TV
Niños
; the online publications Diario
TV Latina
, TV Latina Semanal and TV Niños Semanal; and the two leading annual directories: The
Latin American Cable and Satellite Guide
and The Latin American Distributors Guide. Originally from Chile, Bowen-Tombari is a
seasoned print and broadcast journalist, with a decade spent as a reporter at
Santiago-based Megavision Network and several years at consumer magazines in
Chile and the U.S. She takes over from Guillermo Chavez, who is leaving TV
Latina
after three years to pursue
other opportunities. Bowen-Tombari reports to Anna Carugati, the group
editorial director of WSN INC.

Also joining WSN INC.’s
Spanish-language publications team is Isabel
Santos as associate editor. Santos
has written for the Puerto Rican newspapers Primera Hora and El Nuevo Día, among other publications. Santos and Rafael
Blanco, also an associate editor,
report to Bowen-Tombari.

Rafael will help consolidate TV Latina's position as the leading Spanish-language publication in the

Anna Carugati's editorial guidance, this extremely talented team will also

In other news at WSN INC.,
Christina Rodriguez joins the team as manager of business affairs, where she
will oversee various financial activities for the company. And Tatiana Rozza,
who joined WSN INC. late last year, has been promoted to director of sales and
marketing.
