NEW YORK: The first issue of World Screen Reports is now available for download onto your iPad from the iTunes Newsstand, taking an in-depth look at the international business of drama. Download it here.

World Screen Reports is a new bimonthly Newsstand app delivering in-depth information on key issues at play in the global media business. The first edition includes a report on how producers, distributors and broadcasters are using co-production models to create compelling drama series that travel. You can also access interviews with Under the Dome's Dean Norris, Poirot's David Suchet, Shine International's Nadine Nohr, BBC Worldwide's Ben Donald, TANDEM's Rola Bauer and Starz's Carmi Zlotnik.

“Much like the broadcasters and content owners we cover, we at World Screen know we need to be everywhere our readers are,” says Mansha Daswani, executive editor and associate publisher of World Screen. “That thinking led to the launch of our digital editions eight years ago, well before our competitors were anywhere near delivering their print magazines in an accessible digital format. Our innovation paid off; our most recent digital edition was seen by more than 125,000 people across desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Making a digital replica of a print magazine is a no-brainer; truly embracing all the unique interactive functions tablets have to offer presented a whole new arena for us. Hence the creation of World Screen Reports, our new bimonthly iPad Newsstand app that will focus on a specific genre or topic in each issue. Each edition will deliver features, analysis and Q&As, with a mix of short- and long-form pieces, video interviews and clips, audio, photo slides and so much more, all with the beautiful, elegant design we’re known for.”
