Wild Talk Africa to Screen DiCaprio Doc

DURBAN, July 31: Leonardo
DiCaprio’s The 11th Hour, a
feature-length documentary about the environment, will premiere in South Africa
at the upcoming Durban Wild Talk Africa festival, taking place next month.

The 4-day festival,
kicking off August 27 at ICC Durban, is expected to attract commissioning
editors from Animal Planet, National Geographic, Travel Channel, NHK (Japan)
and local broadcasters e.tv and SABC, among others. It incorporates seminars,
informative workshops, the screening of award-winning films, an interactive
exhibition area, an international photographic exhibition and networking events
including the ROSCAR Celebratory Awards.
