WEBTOON Launches Short-Form Video Slate

WEBTOON Entertainment is expanding into short-form video with adaptations of some of its most popular webcomics.

Video episodes allow fans to choose between reading or watching hit webcomics, developed in collaboration with the creators. Fourteen English-language originals, encompassing 20 5-minute episodes each, are now available for free on the WEBTOON platform. New video episodes will roll out through the rest of 2025, with additional episodes from the 14 launch titles and and new adaptations.

With video wpisodes we’re making webcomics watchable, expanding how fans can enjoy WEBTOON series with a feature that can deepen engagement, help creators reach more users, and deliver a new medium for amazing stories.”
