Warner Bros. Bolsters Branded Services

BURBANK, October 3: Warner
Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD) is continuing the expansion
of its branded-services division by naming Greg Drebin to the newly created
position of senior VP of programming and marketing.

In his new role, Drebin
will serve as the division’s senior creative executive, supervising the
branding, programming and marketing of the Warner TV linear channels,
subscription video-on-demand zones and advertiser-supported video-on-demand
destinations that WBITD is launching around the world.

Based at WBITD’s
headquarters in Burbank, Drebin will report to Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, the
president of Warner Bros. International Television, and will develop creative
with Lisa Gregorian, the executive VP of worldwide marketing for Warner Bros.
Television Group.

Prior to joining WBITD,
Drebin was executive VP of programming and production for IMF: The
International Music Feed, Universal Music Group’s 24-hour all-music global
television network.

“The addition of Greg to
our senior management team is another indication of our commitment and support
of this initiative,” Schlesinger said. “This underlines the importance of this
new business to our company, and we look forward to Greg’s immediate
contribution as we continue the global rollout of the Warner TV branded
services.”
