VOD Agreement for Disney, Telefonica

CANNES, October 11: The feature films Pirates of the
Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and Hollywoodland, among others, will be added to Telefonica’s video
on-demand service, through a deal with Buena Vista International Television
(BVITV).

Viewers will be able to access a range of content from Walt
Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures and Miramax Films, both recently released
offerings and upcoming titles like Breaking and Entering with Jude Law.

The deal also includes provisions for cooperation between
BVITV and Telefonica against the piracy of BVITV’s content.
