Vibrant TV Adds Victoria Quoss to Staff

CHICAGO: The U.S. channel Vibrant TV, which is to launch in 2012, has made Victoria Quoss the senior VP of network development.

Quoss will report to Dan Zifkin, the president and CEO of Vibrant TV and will be based in New York. She will be responsible for program acquisitions, co-productions and network strategy. Vibrant TV is launching in the summer of 2012 and is majority owned by Zephyr Media Group, which will handle advertiser sales for the channel.

Previously, Quoss has held senior-level positions with Fox Network, the YES Network and Versus. Most recently she worked at the Tennis Channel handling acquisitions and the development of original programming.

“Victoria brings to Vibrant TV an outstanding track record in all key areas of programming, production and affiliate relations,” said Zifkin. “Experienced in both sides of the desk in terms of negotiations, sales, licensing, and acquisitions, Victoria will play a vital role in the launch of Vibrant TV. Her long standing, established relationships with broadcast, cable and satellite executives will prove invaluable to Vibrant TV as we build our channel’s reach throughout the U.S.”
