VH1 Bulks Up Slate

LOS ANGELES: Three new series have been greenlit by VH1, which also acquired a show from MTV Canada.

Two of the new series focus on people transforming from the inside out. Each episode of Transform Me, a half-hour series, follows the fashion makeover of one woman who has found herself in a style nightmare. The series is slated to launch March 15. Undateable is a new five-hour special, which will air over five consecutive nights, that looks at all the things men do wrong in the eyes of the opposite sex. Undateable begins its five-night run on April 19. The third greenlit series, Famous Crime Scene, examines some of pop culture and music’s most shocking deaths.

The MTV Canada docu-drama Peak Season: Vancouver is headed to VH1 on February 14. The original half-hour series looks at the lives, loves and adventures of a group of young adults in Vancouver/Whistler, B.C. The ten-episode show offers a glimpse into the resort town, which is home to the 2010 Winter Olympics.
