Verizon FiOS Strikes SIVOO Deal

NEW YORK, March 6: Verizon FiOS TV has reached a deal to
offer its subscribers access to more than 200 feature films in Spanish, Chinese
and Hindi over the next three years, via an alliance with SIVOO, an IPTV
network of multicultural on-demand entertainment programming.

SIVOO will provide 236 titles in Spanish, Chinese and Hindi
to Verizon over three years. This month, Verizon will offer eight films each in
Spanish and Hindi and three in Chinese, and SIVOO will refresh the selection
monthly. Customers can order the films on demand for $3.99 each and play them
for 24 hours.

Terry Denson, the VP of FiOS TV content strategy and
acquisition, noted: "SIVOO, which has agreements with many of the top
international film producers, provides multicultural entertainment that
subscribers can watch on their own schedules. SIVOO's catalog of quality
international films is a great addition to our ever-expanding library of
on-demand programming."

The film lineup includes One 2 Ka 4, Amor en Silencio and Cham Chau Chow Git Lun. The SIVOO slate joins FiOS’s other options for
foreign-language speakers: La Conexion, a package of 140 English and
Spanish-language channels; plus 17 international premium channels in languages
such Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese.

FiOS TV is now available in more than 200 communities in
parts of 10 states: California, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New
Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania Texas and Virginia.
