V-me Expands Internationally with Nuevo Mundo Partnership

YORK, September 27: The new U.S. Hispanic network V-me has reached a broad
partnership for shared content and co-production with Nuevo Mundo TV (NMTV),
Canada’s first 24-hour Spanish-language television network.

In
the initial phase of the partnership, V-me’s branded content reaching Canadian
audiences include Viva Voz, a nightly interview program about current affairs and
cultural issues that affect Latinos and society as a whole, and Aire Yoga, a popular lifestyle
series featuring Spanish actress and yoga instructor Anna Silvetti.

“NMTV
and V-me expect to significantly expand the number of shared programming hours
as the partnership proceeds,” said María Teresa Calderón, the president of
NMTV. “They will also collaborate to develop world-class entertainment and
educational programs that promote the cultural and economic development of
Latinos on both sides of the border.”
