LONDON: UKTV is rolling out the HD versions of its channels Good Food and Eden, which launch in the third and fourth quarter of this year, respectively.

Good Food HD will be available August 31 and will simulcast from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. As part of its HD launch, Good Food has acquired and commissioned a range of new content featuring top British and American culinary talent. This includes the third season of Man v Food, season two of Good Chef Bad Chef and season two of Top Chef Masters. Good Food’s lineup further includes Ronnie Corbett’s Supper Club, season four of Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and Jimmy’s Food Factory.

Eden HD will launch in early October, simulcast from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. Eden HD will add to its schedule Great Rift and South Pacific, further to the titles Life, Wild China and Planet Earth.
