Typhoon Media Secures Rights to Hit Australian Documentary

HONG KONG, April 13:
Distributor Typhoon Media International has been tapped to represent Bra
Boys, a hit Australian documentary
narrated by the actor Russell Crowe.

The film continues to
break box office records in Australia after recording the highest first-day
cinema take for an Australian-made documentary and going on to become the
country’s highest grossing documentary (non-IMAX).

Bra Boys tells the story of the cultural evolution of the
inner-city beachside suburb of Maroubra Beach in Sydney and the social struggle
of its youth—the tattooed and much maligned surf community known as the
Bra Boys.
