Two Way TV Names U.S. Sales Chief

LONDON, December 15: Two Way TV is looking to build the
presence of its Simcast text-to-TV technology in the U.S., naming Duncan
Campbell as head of sales for the market.

Jean de Fougerolles, the chief executive of Two Way TV,
noted in announcing the appointment, “The U.S. market is waking up to the
revenue generating potential of text-to-TV technology, following its successful
use in U.S. shows like Deal or No Deal
and American Idol. With the fast
growing use of our cutting edge Simcast text-to-TV technology in Europe and
Asia it makes absolute sense that we cross the Atlantic and conquer the growing
market over there.”

Campbell most recently served as a senior consultant for
GSN, where he was an executive producer for the creation and launch of PlayMania, the call TV show that launched in April. Before GSN
he held senior management positions at Goldpocket Interactive (now Tandberg
Television). Prior to joining GoldPocket, Campbell produced television for over
12 years, including Larry King Live
and Crossfire.
