ZED Acquires Point du Jour—Les Films du Balibari

ZED has acquired all the assets of doc producer Point du Jour—Les Films du Balibari, which includes a library of 900-plus hours.

Point du Jour—Les Films du Balibari, previously led by Luc Martin-Gousset, was placed into receivership earlier this year. With the transaction, ZED takes on all doc films in development and production and the outfit, including the bilingual French/French sign language documentary collection, L’œil et la Main.

ZED will take on the distribution of the Point du Jour—Les Films du Balibari library, encompassing more than 900 hours. Martin-Gousset is exiting the company.
