TVF International has revealed its extensive MIPTV slate, featuring more than 200 hours of brand-new factual programming.

Leading the company’s history offering, NPO Max’s The Faces of History brings iconic figures such as Cleopatra, Shakespeare and Marco Polo to life with 3D imaging from artist Mao Lin Liao.

The history catalog also includes season two of Asia’s Ancient Civilizations from Mediacorp; Inferno: Letters from Auschwitz, a documentary unearthing never-before-seen letters that were buried at Auschwitz, from NHK; season nine of Digging for Britain from Rare TV; and Lost Treasure Tombs of the Ancient Maya from Windfall Films.

TVF International’s travel slate, meanwhile, includes Australia from Above, highlighting the diverse landscapes of the continent, from RJ Media; season three of Aerial Profiles from Skyworks Productions; Thailand Fantastic, revealing the unique qualities of Thailand’s people, wildlife and vistas, from Thai PBS; season three of No Luggage from Art Winner; and the second season of the Sky Italia-commissioned Hidden Italy.

Within the people and culture genre, TVF International is offering three new additions to the Channel NewsAsia Deciphering… franchise: Deciphering India, Deciphering Indonesia and Deciphering the Philippines. The new seasons will analyze the social, emotional and political landscapes of each nation.

Borderlands, following the often-marginalized people living along borderlines, and TVF Productions’ The First World, revealing the legacy of classical thinkers Platos and Pythagoras, are also available.

TVF International’s world affairs slate includes Mediacorp’s Silk Road 2.0 and the ninth season of Undercover Asia, which features an episode on anti-Asian hate crimes in the U.K. The seventh season of Bloomberg’s long-running interview show Peer to Peer is also on offer and features interviews with business leaders such as Mellody Hobson, chairwoman of Starbucks Corporation, and Shou Zi Chew, CEO of TikTok.

Factual-entertainment titles are featured in TVF International’s lineup as well. The seventh season of ITV’s Monster Corp and the Channel 5-commissioned Extreme Road Rescue are available.

Will Stapley, head of acquisitions and partnerships at TVF International, said, “To be able to release this many brand-new hours since our London Screenings event, and in such a short space of time, is testament to our long-standing and widespread producer relations in dozens of territories across the world.”
